The Dyas family have lived and farmed at Sevenscore for 42 years.
We planted, by hand, 7 acres of asparagus in the spring on 2005 and our first harvest was in 2007. We had a very good response, with many customers returning time after time as they appreciated the taste and freshness of the produce.
Our aim is to produce fresh asparagus direct to the customer so that it can be cooked and eaten on the same day as it is picked – an absolute taste sensation.
